About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our team. As part of the digital marketing department, you will assist in executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve our client’s website search engine rankings. This role also includes contributing to content writing, On-Page & Off-page SEO, and basic WordPress tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Assist in on-page SEO tasks such as meta tag optimization, content updates, and internal linking
Perform technical SEO audits and implement Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixels.
Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools.
Write and edit SEO-friendly blog content based on trending topics and keyword opportunities
Publish and format blog posts on WordPress, ensuring proper structure, readability, and optimization
Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions
Execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building, directory submissions, guest posting, and outreach
Track backlink profiles and support efforts to improve domain authority
Assist in maintaining and updating WordPress websites, including basic layout or plugin tasks
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Maintain detailed SEO reports, documentation, and performance logs

Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in SEO, content writing, and digital marketing (internship experience welcome)
Understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques
Familiarity with link-building strategies and backlink analysis tools
Strong writing skills for blog and web content creation
Hands-on experience with WordPress (basic publishing and layout knowledge)
Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
English writing skills, communication and organizational skills
A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
